2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt.

Stir in milk or water until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.  If you use self-rising flour, you don’t need any of the other ingredients.  Pinch a 2 inch piece of dough off and roll into a ball.  Roll it out on a floured surface until thin and round.  Poke holes with a fork. Fry until light brown.

Navajo tacos: cover a piece of fry bread with hot refried beans or mashed brown beans, top with what you'd normally put on a mexican taco.  One will fill you up.

With the fry bread, you can eat it plain, buttered, sugared with cinnamon, or dip it in whatever you want.  Enjoy.
